I consulted Dr Patel in 2020 after becoming concerned that I had neglected my dental health over many years. After a full assessment and consideration of my medical history, he gave detailed written recommendations for remedial work together with an estimate of cost. Having accepted the recommendations, the work was carried out in a series of quite lengthy appointments and was finally completed in early 2021.
All treatment sessions were calm and unhurried. Throughout, I felt confident in Dr Patel’s expertise and that of his dental nurses. At the end of each session he explained in detail what he had accomplished and what the next steps would be.
Completion of the course of treatment has left me with stable dentition, allowing me to eat confidently and without discomfort. An additional, unexpected bonus, is that the appearance of my teeth has been radically improved – a fact noticed by others and a source of daily satisfaction for me.

Dear Mital, I wanted to express how pleased I am with the appearance and function of my teeth now that your work has been completed. The difference from the before/after treatment is amazing. I no longer need to hide a smile or stifle a laugh through fear of someone spotting my irregular shaped, and in some places, damaged, missing or heavily amalgam filled teeth. I underwent major dental procedures for approximately 1 year with Mital Patel at Broadway Dental. I needed a decayed tooth to be extracted and then a replacement tooth to be inserted. The whole process was dealt with very efficiently and professionally. The work required was explained to me continuously during the process so I felt happy with what procedure was happening and when. The specialist dental care I received from Dr. Mital Patel was excellent. From the first appointment he explained in detail exactly what he could do and gave me a detailed breakdown of costs. Over a period of about a year he expertly carried out the various treatments and I am now extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel.
I had an old bridge and unfortunately one of the teeth underneath the bridge had disintegrated. My dentist referred me to Dr Patel to assess the possibility of dental implants. Dr Patel was very thorough in his investigations and discussed the treatment options with me. We agreed on going ahead with 2 dental implants. He removed the bridge and the disintegrated tooth and started preparing for the implant. After having an CBCT, he suggested to have only one implant as he wasn’t satisfied that it would be safe to have two.
The plan changed to having one implant and a bridge. The whole process took over 6 months and several visits but it meant that he was giving me time to heal well between the different steps. I have quite a bad gag reflex and having any work done on my teeth is not easy. Dr Patel always has incredible patience and never rushes me. He also doesn’t give up and keeps trying no matter how many goes it takes for me to be able to have something as simple as an x-ray. It’s now been over 2 years since I had the work done and I have no problems. I would highly recommend Dr Patel.
